Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Vreel Labs ("we", "us") collects when you use Vreel, why, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect
- Account data — your email address and authentication details, so you can log in and we can associate your videos and subscription with you.
- Content you submit — the niche you choose or the text you paste, and the voice and background options you select, so we can generate your videos.
- Videos you generate — the resulting audio and MP4 files, stored so you can preview and download them.
- Billing data — your subscription status and a customer reference from our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details; those are handled by Stripe.
- Basic usage data — limited technical information needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- create the scripts, voiceovers and videos you request;
- provide your account, store and serve your videos, and enforce your monthly quota;
- process your subscription and payments;
- keep the Service secure, debug problems, and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content of your videos to advertise to you.
3. Service providers we share data with
To run Vreel we share the minimum necessary data with the following processors, each acting on our instructions:

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred and processed outside your home country under appropriate safeguards. The text and audio you submit for generation is processed by our AI providers solely to produce your output.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. Your generated videos remain available in your account until you delete them or close your account. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to comply with the law (for example, billing records).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at support@vreel.app. You can also delete your videos at any time from within the app.
6. Security
We use reputable infrastructure providers and access controls to protect your data. No online service can be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information and restrict access to it.
7. Children
Vreel is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
